What we collect

Account data. Praisa signs you in with Google only. When you sign in we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.

Business and review data. When you paste a Google Maps link, we look up that business's public listing (name, address, category, phone, hours, photos, rating) and its public customer reviews, and we store them so we can generate your site and show it again later.

Content you add.Any favicon image you upload, and any edits you make to your generated site's text, images, or section visibility.

Billing state. If you upgrade to Pro, our payment processor tells us your plan, subscription status, and renewal date so we can unlock Pro features on your account. We never receive or store your card number.

Agency waitlist. If you ask to join the waitlist for a future Agency plan, we store your account email against your account so we can follow up when it ships.

How we use it

To generate your site's copy, run the dashboard and editor, keep your billing plan in sync, respond to you if you contact us, and keep the service working and secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where the review data comes from

The reviews we analyze are the public reviews already visible on that business's Google Maps listing. We do not access private data, and we only quote 4 and 5 star reviews on a generated site; lower rated reviews are used only to inform practical tips, never quoted.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers (subprocessors) to run Praisa. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

• A database and hosting provider: stores your account identity, businesses, generated sites, billing state, and uploaded favicons, and serves your generated pages.
• Polar: our payment processor and merchant of record. Polar is the party that actually charges you, not Praisa. At checkout, Polar receives your email address and an account identifier, and it handles payment, tax, and refunds directly.
• A business-data provider: fetches the public Google Maps listing and public reviews for the business you ask us to build a site for.
• An AI model provider: to write your site's copy, the business details and review text are sent to a third-party AI model. The specific model may change as we improve quality, but the data sent is always the same: the business and its reviews, not your account credentials.

Data retention

We keep your account and generated sites for as long as your account is active. Deleting a site removes that site's page, its content, and any favicon you uploaded for it. The underlying business listing and reviews we cached may be kept even after you delete a site, since more than one generated site can point at the same business; that cached data is itself public information already published by Google, not something private to you. To request full removal, contact us (below).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account data at any time. You can also delete any of your sites yourself from the dashboard. For anything else, email us at support@praisa.app.

Cookies

Praisa only uses the session cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run any analytics scripts today.

International data transfer

Praisa is operated by an individual based in Pakistan. Our infrastructure providers and most of our customers are in the United States, so your data is processed and stored outside of whichever country you are in. By using Praisa, you agree to this transfer.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Praisa after a change means you accept the update.
