Terms of Service

1. The service

Praisa turns a Google Maps business listing into a one page website. You paste a Google Maps link, we read that business's public reviews, and we generate site copy and a page you can edit and publish.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure, since it is how Praisa authenticates you. You must be old enough in your country to enter into this kind of agreement, and the business information you submit must be one you own or are authorized to represent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Praisa for a business you have no connection to or authority over.
• Try to bypass, scrape, or overload the service, or interfere with other users' sites.
• Use generated sites to publish anything illegal, defamatory, or deliberately misleading.
• Reverse engineer or resell the platform itself.

4. Generated content and your responsibility to review it

Site copy is generated by an AI model from the business's real, publicly available reviews. It is meant to be accurate to what customers actually said, but AI generated text can still contain mistakes. You are responsible for reading and correcting your site's content before you publish it. Praisa does not guarantee the generated copy is error free or fit for every purpose.

5. Intellectual property

You own the content of your generated site: the specific headline, copy, photos, and edits that make up your business's page. Praisa owns the platform itself: the software, the template design, the editor, and the Praisa name and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers our platform or brand to you.

6. Plans and pricing

Praisa has a Free plan and a Pro plan at $10 per month. Free lets you generate and edit one site, with a Praisa badge on it. Pro removes the badge and unlocks publishing, regenerating your site's copy, more sites, and a custom domain. Exact plan details are shown in the app and may be adjusted over time; we will not change what you are already paying for without notice.

7. Billing

Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. That means Polar, not Praisa, is the seller you are billed by, and Polar handles payment processing, applicable tax, and refunds. Any billing dispute or refund request should go through Polar's checkout receipt or customer portal, or you can reach us and we'll help route it.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops back to Free.

9. Service availability

Praisa is an early stage, solo operated product. We do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime at this stage, and features may change, move, or be temporarily unavailable as we improve the product.

10. Limitation of liability

Praisa is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost business resulting from errors in generated content or service downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Termination

You can stop using Praisa and delete your sites at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, including the acceptable use rules above, and we will try to tell you why when we can.

12. Changes to these terms

If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Praisa after a change means you accept the update.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where Praisa is operated from, without regard to conflict of law rules.
